Cinnamon & Honey weight loss??

I will log my entires here everyday on the use of "Honey and Cinnamon " For weight loss.....
Day 1)---Sept. 22, 09--- I took 1 glass of warm water and mixed 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon at 2:30 p.m.
Then another glass of the same before bed.
This mix is said to reduce the weight of even the most obese person. (Let's find out?)
I'm not obese, but I do need to lose a good 20-30 pounds...
Day 2)---sept. 23, 09---- I took the glass of warm water with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon with 1 teaspoon of honey. And I'll take the next one before bed...
Day 3)---sept. 24, 09----
